Thirsty

As we were sitting down for lunch today, it started raining. Madison, with her never-ending bucket of questions, asked me why it was raining. I simply told her that the clouds were full and wanted to share some rain with us. She pondered that for a full two seconds, than (with attitude) turned to me and said, "Um no, its cause the sidewalk was thirsty!"

I love the way 4 year olds think.
